Meet Jarrod Leonard, a driven coach with a deep commitment to strength training and powerlifting. Currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, Jarrod aims to pursue a Master's in Exercise Physiology to further enhance his coaching expertise and support clients on their fitness journeys. He also holds Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness, adding valuable skills to his repertoire.

Jarrod grew up playing soccer competitively, which ultimately led him to discover his true passion for strength training and bodybuilding. This passion took root during his 12-week internship at Hunter Performance Centre with Aiden Potts, which he completed with distinction, demonstrating both skill and dedication.

Jarrod is also an experienced competitor and official within the powerlifting community, participating as a 2x national-level powerlifter (2022 and 2024) in the Junior 83kg division, as well as being a national level referee.

Passionate about helping clients unlock their full potential, Jarrod thrives on working with those who have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and open communication. His coaching approach is all about maximizing results, fostering personal growth, and ensuring each individual reaches their goals - whether they’re new to lifting or striving to push their limits.
